itsa is again this year supporting the Irish Heart Foundations campaign to promote healthy eating. During the month of June we are encouraging our customers to think about their menu choices & to "Just Ask" for them. A Healthy Lunch ideas booklet with advice & suggestions about how to make lunchtime a little heathier is available in each outlet. This year the focus is on considering lower portion sizes when out dining. Staff in our bagel stores & in the itsa @ IMMA cafe will be happy to advise you of your options.
To make it even easier for you, we have selected the Magnum G.I. Bagel as the healthy choice bagel for the month.
