- Tell us how YOU want it. No butter? No problem.
Easy on the dressing? Hold the mayo? Just let us know!
Try our homemade vinaigrette or low-fat herb mayo instead of your usual dressing.
- Our roast chicken and roast turkey are low in fat and high in protein. Our roast beef is lean, and remember, none of our meat is processed. Try creating your own combo - roast turkey with wholegrain mustard & salad on a whole-wheat bagel with no butter and a drizzle of our vinaigrette. Delicious and healthy.
- Try our low-fat red onion cream cheese or regular low-fat cream cheese instead of cheddar if you are trying to follow a low fat diet.
- Our chunky lentil and vegetable soup is virtually fat free and full of goodness.
- Try our fresh home-made smoothies, which are made by us in small batches daily in our central kitchen. They are made from a base of natural yoghurt, bananas, honey, orange juice and fruit with no added sugars, flavourings or preservatives.
