A few words about our suppliers and menu items. Definitely not compulsory reading, but here goes:
- Our craft butcher is M&K Meats for Irish beef, lamb and free-range chicken
- Organic mince is from The Good Herdsman, Tipperary
- Irish Duck is from Silverhill Foods
- Fish is supplied by both the award winning Terry Butterly of Coastguard Foods in Annagasson (salmon) and Hanlons (Dublin)
- Our organic vegetables come from: Gold River Farm in Co Wicklow. Regular vegetables supplied by Caterway
- We use Tamari instead of soy sauce, so Asian flavoured dishes are gluten free!
- We have plent of specials available for vegetarians, so please ask
- Desserts are all made by our own team of pastry chefs based in our production kitchen in Sandyford, using the best of ingredients with no cheap additives. The Irish ice-cream maker, Goldenhill provide us with the delicious ices to accompany them. http://www.goldenhill.ie/
- We make our Caesar salad dressing daily using pasteurised egg yolks, but it is NOT vegetarian as it contains Worcestershire sauce.
Many dishes can be made gluten free/vegetarian if you just ask!
